In this paper,the plasma properties of liquid under atmospheric pressure and its application in wastewater treatment are studied.In the study of plasma characteristics involving liquid,this paper first studied the plasma characteristics of gas phase discharge,after mastering the experimental parameters affecting plasma discharge,designed a DBD discharge device conducive to expanding the area of wastewater treatment,studied the discharge characteristics of different high voltage electrode treatment of wastewater.By summarizing the previous research conclusions and selecting appropriate experimental parameters for plasma treatment of actual industrial wastewater,the changes of different heavy metals and corresponding active substances in industrial wastewater treated by different gas discharge devices were discussed.The research contents are as follows:Firstly,air was used as a working gas,and the effect of discharge gap on gas-liquid discharge characteristics of high-voltage electrodes of different materials was studied by recording the discharge phenomenon,electrical and spectral characteristics during discharge.The study found that the smaller the discharge gap,the smaller the breakdown voltage,which is conducive to plasma processing.The influence of applied voltage on the characteristics of gas phase discharge is further studied and the variation rule of gas phase discharge characteristics with applied voltage is obtained.Secondly,on the basis of the previous research,the effects of different gas phase discharge structures on the characteristics of treated wastewater were studied by taking air as the working gas.The influence of different discharge devices on discharge characteristics is discussed by using the pin-water discharge structure,the DBD discharge structure,the recorded voltage and current,the emission spectrum data and the calculated average discharge power.According to the research results,the influence of applied voltage on the characteristics of gas phase discharge is further studied by selecting suitable experimental conditions.Then,according to the above experimental results,the influence of plasma treatment on heavy metal elements in industrial wastewater was studied by using different discharge devices after selecting suitable experimental conditions.It was found that Fe,Cu and Co changed the most,and the heavy metal changed the most when using DBD discharge device.Finally,based on the above conclusions,the appropriate test equipment,operating environment and other test data were selected,and the active ingredients produced in the gasliquid phase were discussed.The results show that the plasma produced by gas phase discharge acts on the wastewater to form a small amount of active substances,and its corresponding content increases with the increase of discharge time and discharge voltage. |
