Coke is main raw material and material of chemical industry, the machineryand the metallurgy. The development of economics in China leads to theincreasing demand of coke, the growth rate roughly 15ï¼…and the social requestof environmental protection The craft development of the coke oven, in order tomeet the requirements of environmental protection, must cater to the two aspects,carry out industrialization production on a large scale, have to ensure the wholeproduction process in the system of complete closeness, reduce escaping thingswhich can pollute the environment, and require not to produce burnt powdersand burnt wastes. Owing to this, we adopt the Chinese mixed caloric verticalsuccession coke oven as a main coke-making equipment.Contolling it can notadopt traditional control mode,so adopting full-automatic supervisory control.This thesis, based on the thorough analysis of the technological processand the heating course of the vertical coke oven, develop the whole frame of thecontrolling system of coke oven. Coke oven controlling system mainly consistof three parts, including the configuration program design of host computer, thecore system' design of slave computer, and verticalened flame pathtemperature-controlling system for the heating system of coke oven. Configuration software can play the role of long-distance monitoring forthe system through the Graphical interface coming from configuration tableauwhich can be watched directly in main controlling room and which can reflectthe live operating situation of coke oven virtually. The information such astemperature, pressure, discharge and so on which are collected on the spot canbe transmitted currently with the correspondence of PLC to the dynamicconnection with configuration tableau, which can demonstrate the animatedeffect and can also develop a report form.The functions of the mainly controlling equipment as PLC are included:control the controlling equipment on the spot automatically, collect the signal ofdigital quantity and analog quantity on the spot, fulfill Sequential control forcoke oven according to the craft demand.The temperature of coke verticalened flame path is the important index.Fuzzy PID control is adopted and the way of practising its algorithm into the.industry is proposed in respect of the verticalened flame path temperaturecontrol. By using VC language the thesis draws up a Active X control softwarewhich is used with configuration software to fulfill the adaptive adjustment ofPLC's index and fulfill the practice of the algorithm in industry. The thesisgives simulative diagram of curve of applying the algorithm annalistically andverifies fully that the algorithm can meet the industry demands.
