In industrial production,the coking-blending is a complex industrial process.The control of the Coke oven temperature plays an important part in Coke production.If the temperature is too high,the energy consumption of unit will increase.It is very easy to appear a phenomenon of time-consuming,laborious.If the temperature is too low,coke dose does not reach maturity within the coking time.It will affect the quality of the coke.So,in the optimizing control of the coking process,how to set a reasonable coke oven temperature,to make the Coke oven temperature stable in the set point is an urgent problem.The coke oven temperature control system is a strong nonlinear,large time delay,intense interference and time-varying system,the general PID control dose not meet the demand of the control.This paper firstly summarizes the development of automatic control technique for coke oven heating and the basic control method of coke oven heating system;secondly according to the basic structure and production technology flow of coke oven,the paper analyzes and generalizes the control difficulties of coking;The paper has mainly considered the main loop whose controlled object is the coke oven temperature.The method which combines fuzzy control with traditional PID control is that constituting temperature controlling loop by regulating the flow of the gas and the setting values of the air proportion,which is applied in the coke oven's temperature control.According to the temperature of the top of the regenerator,a soft-sensing model of flue temperature is established because of the difficulty of measuring the flue temperature directly.In order to maintain the stability of temperature and guarantee the full and reasonable combustion of coal gas,it is an urgency to design pressure control loop and the sub flue Suction control loop and then the gas quantity and air quantity are stable in the setting value.With complex mechanism and multitudinous parameters in the heating process for coke oven,Siemens S7-400 PLC is adopted to realize the measurement online to these parameters including temperature,gas flue and gas pressure and watching for the process.WINCC control system to supervise information and heating process.The control system has been applied in the factory.The result of real time control shows that the system is advanced and accords with industrial fact.The system has a great significance to improve the quality of the coke,reduce energy consumption a11d prolong the service life of oven body.At the same time,the System creates huge economic and social benefits.
