Research On Control System Of A Kind Of Numerical Control Rack Processing Machine Based On Using PLC

Numerical controlling the rack processing is one of the important ways that improve both processing precision and efficiency. After the rack processing is Numerical Controlled,the mechanism transmission chain is shortened greatly, and the construction of machine is simplified, and the precision is improved. At the same time, Numerical Control(NC) decreases the adjusting time of machine tool and hence enhances its processing efficiency.Based on analyzing the development status and trend of gear processing, the paper researches on a kind of NC rack processing machine.First, this paper designs the general control system of the HYK58150 model NC rack processing machine after deeply researching on controlling method and processing techniques. Adopting the NC system based on the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) , the machine applies three NC axises to realize precise numerical control for locating and enveloping . Its main axis uses transducer as control core, which can adjust velocity without limit by adjusting frequency.Second, on the base of analyzing the functions of the machine, the paper specifically studies the hardware structure of the NC system, including the design of main control component—PLC, function module, man-machine interface, operation interface and circuit principle chart.Third, the paper deeply discusses the key control techniques of the machine such as applicable capability and the number of stroke. Then, the paper narrates the locating error and the measurement and compensation for opposite clearance. The paper also puts forward the man-machine interface for system which helps users and machine to communicate with each other. Using anti-disturbing technology, the machine's reliability is improved.Research on HYK58150 model NC rack processing machine not only helps to enhance the machine performances about processing precision, efficiency and flexibility of manufacturing rack, but also has important theoretical and practical meaning for the development of NC rack processing machine in our country.
