Computerized Numerical Control(CNC)machine tool processing is the pillar industry of China's manufacturing industry.With the integration of machine tool structure and the development trend of automation,as well as high-precision,high-efficiency and highquality production requirements,the machining accuracy of machine tools has received extensive attention.According to the actual needs,this paper analyzes the measurement principle of on-line detection of machine tool machining precision and several main processes of data caching.The two-level data cache acquisition can make full use of computer's calculation,storage,management and transmission functions to make data realtime acquisition more accurate.,economic and efficient.Applying the second-level cache technology,secondary development technology,etc.,the processing data of the CNC milling machine is collected,and the theoretical position and the actual machining position command analysis are used to improve the machining accuracy.The error compensation model is constructed.The specific contents include:(1)According to the actual needs and research purposes,develop the overall structure of data collection,and draw a flow chart;(2)Using OpenStack and Redis to upload machine data to the cloud through the communication module to realize data sharing and real-time detection;(3)Using the UG/Open Grip secondary development tool to set the initial position and various parameters of the tool,and automatically load the NC program to construct the error model,which gives a certain tool compensation for the tool wear.Application data caching technology can simplify the loss of data during processing,and provide certain data support for the analysis of machining accuracy.The construction of error compensation model provides theoretical support for the writing of G code of numerical control system,which greatly reduces the defective products in the processing of parts.Shorten the processing time,guarantee the quality of the products,and improve the processing precision of the products.
