In this 20 years, the study that chemical nucleases reagents especially selectivity site cleavage reagents is the most active field in chemical biology.Macroyclic polyamines metal complexes as enzyme models are widely used in chemical biology, medicine and gene therapy. In this thesis, novel Macroyclic polyamines and their metal complexes have been designed and catalytic efficiency in DNA cleavage.A series of multinuclear macrocyclic polyamine metal (Zn2+ Cu2+ Co2+) complexes containing chiral dipeptide linkage were designed and synthesized. The structures of these novel dinuclear complexes were consistent with the date obtained from HNMR, MS and IR et al. The synthetic methods of the title compounds have been discussion in detail, a series of convenient and efficient reactions have been developed. The hydrolysis cleavage of plasmid DNA (pUC19) by macrocyclic polyamine metal complexes has been investigated, and the results revealed that these complexes could act as powerful catalysts for the cleavage of Plasmid DNA under physiological conditions.
