Along with an increase of the automobile possession quantity, the air pollution caused by the pollutant of the automobile emissions is serious day by day. The emission control and reduction become the important technology for guaranteeing the human sustainable development.The paper researches the front process technology and the purified technology outside the machine about automobile emissions by means of the experimental analysis and the computer simulation analysis, based on the mechanism and essential method in control about the pollutant of automobile emissions, in view of the actual condition about control technology of the emissions and contamination in automobiles in our country. The proliferation rules of automobile pollutant are studied also.The main research work includes three aspects in the paper:1.The research on contrast experiment under the ethanol gasoline and unleaded gasoline emissions.2. The research on characteristic of air flow in the catalytic converter;3. The study on initial period proliferation rule of CO.The following conclusions are obtained by the research:1. The double idle speed emissions experiment of ethyl alcohol gasoline and the unleaded gasoline have been carried on the laboratory bench of Jetta electronic fuel injection (no carrier in catalystic converter), according to double idling speed measurement ways of vehicles. It is obtaineded that the emissions performance of the ethyl alcohol gasoline and the unleaded gasoline changes with instant moment. The research results show that ethyl alcohol gasoline may obviously reduce the emissions of CO and HC in automobile engines. Moreover, its changing rules to instant influence grade is not only influenced by fuels, but also varied with different control strategy of electronic controlled systems.2. The simulation analysis of the gas flow characteristic in catalytic converter and was carried by using ANSYS software. Comparedwith normal structure, EDH have a better mobile uniformity and the lower pressure loss, it obviously improves the transforming efficiency of the catalytic converter,and prolongs its service life.3. The testing study for the rules of the initial period proliferation and contamination.have been conducted. The initial period proliferation rule and the concentration distribution about seal space 0.1% CO density in axial and the radial direction was analyzed. After CO pollutant discharges from the exhaust pipe, the radial direction proliferation in exhaust gradually expands, which forms the approximate spindle shape, the end part of which slightly rises. The height of radial direction proliferation closes to the person's breath belt. The standard of the concentration harm is seriously toxicosis. For the region, the harm is enormous forb moving people.
