Energy tremendous waste and serious environmental pollution companied with poor working conditions, low quality products have been cost by domestic heating Copper equipment. Above all of this, automatic feed efficient furnace and control system are studied:Character of various heating way and their heating equipment structure is studied, a variety of heating mode ,the control method and the general method for testing is contrasted . A feasibility program is got, in the contrast of all of these.Many mechanical structures are compared which work in the high temperature condition, in the experiment. Structure of mechanic and the size are designed, according to the needing. Different the heat insulator characteristic is studied, suitable heat insulator is reached and the thickness of the heat insulator have been calculated out.The control function need is analysed, every control circuit function module have been designed. Testing software used for reaching control method of heating system, with a common interface protocol, is developed, and is used in the experiment.The identification methods and theoretical principles are summarized. Through experiments, simulation, analysis of the experimental data, a theoretical model furnace is established.The improved one based on repetitive control compensation precision PID control module is reached. The new control method is proved to be better, through comparing with the old one in the theoretical, experimental aspect.
