The modern three industrial materials is metal materials,polymer materials and ceramics,In the heat treatment industry,metal materials of annealing and normalizing temperature,quenching and tempering temperature has a decisive influence on micro-structures and properties of metal materials,mechanical properties and process-ability.In recent years,the application of polymer materials in the denigration catalyst regeneration industry has become more widely,the performance requirements of high polymer materials is becoming more and more high,among them,the temperature is one of the important factors influencing the performances of polymer material.Therefore,metal materials and polymer materials in the process of heat treatment temperature are the important factors influencing the properties of ceramic materials,through precision of temperature measurement and control strictly,can meet the requirements of heat treatment process,to ensure the quality of the products.This article is based on DANYANG HENGTAI ELECTRIC CO.,LTD.,the catalyst drying furnace as research object,studies the catalyst drying furnace temperature control system,in improving the production technology level and product quality,save energy and reduce energy consumption emissions has practical significance.This article analyses the industrial furnace temperature control system of the research status at home and abroad,studies the catalyst drying furnace temperature control system hardware and software design and configuration of the interface design;According to the scene debugging,by introducing the fuzzy control algorithm for temperature control method to control the improvement;Using the MATLAB software platform of PID control and fuzzy self-tuning PID control for the modeling and simulation,the fuzzy control and traditional PID control effect is analyzed,at the same time also studied the fuzzy control algorithm is implemented in PLC software.The results show that the Catalyst drying furnace temperature control system in operation temperature curve,the overshoot volume is less than 1.33%;Implements the over-temperature ceasefire,automatic ignition parameter Settings,select high/low temperature operation mode to adjust the heat load and boiler stop self-locking when furnace temperature exceeds bid security protection measures such as;Fuzzy PID algorithm based on PLC software implementation,through the PLC simulation results shows that fuzzy PID algorithm to control the dynamic response curves of the temperature of overshoot volume is less than 0.83%,compared with the traditional PID control has quick response speed,good robustness,etc.
