Secondly, definitude the Optimization of the organizational structure, the feasibility of adaptability, integrity and objective criteria, after using the survey methodology and analysis of the scene, diagnose the organizational structure From functions, levels, departments, functions and other aspects of the LAN Zhou Petrochemical Company. Discussing the problems of its current organizational structure, and identify the key problems. These include the existence of cross-functional structure, Division of labor of the Structure functions was too restrictions.
