Mica is always an indispensably insulative material in electric industry. But it is hard to exploit mica. Mica's peel-back almost resort to handcraft, it has low production rate. The effective measure to solve this problem is improving utilize rate, the most important is manufaction and application of mica paper. Mica plate is an important production of mica paper. It is abroad used in gasket and bolster insulation of electic-heat instrument. The mica plate choose organise silicon resin as cling material, and mica paper are pressed to be mica plate under high temperature and high press. The emergence of mica plate greatly promote the development of electic-heat instrument industry. Mica plate needs to be cut into different shape, when they are cutting produce plenty of leftover materials. Those materials need to be treated prolerly, or they will be badly pollution of our entironment.This article mainly want to find a proper measure to treat mica plate leftover materials. From the experiment we can choose a proper treat measure among calcining, steaming in high temperature and marinating in special chemical, that is marinating in special chemical. It is a measure that choosing a proper chemical medicine to react with cling material, and after that reaction cling material lost its function. So under a weak outside force mica plate leftover material decomposed to be mica slurry that can be used again.Through experiment chose the most proper chemical medicine from H2SO4, HCl, NaOH, C3H6O, C2H5OH, KOH, Na2CO3, NH3-H2O and Ca(OH)2 . When NaOH was choen we can get a better decompose rate of mica plate leftover material, and throgh experiment we got the best craft conditions, they are: marinating mica plate leftover material in thin and tall vessel; the dosage of decompose chemical medicine is 9 kg/t; marinating time is 24h; whisk time is 20 min; rotate speed of whisk is 1400r/min; whisk concentration is 20%, whisk pole chose oar pole; needless of beforehand reatment; the particle bigger than 16 mush should be collected and treated together.For the realization of clean production of mica plate leftover materials treatment, we should resolve the problem of waste water producing in that process. Through experiment the measure coacervation and active carbon adsorption are chosen. In that craft H2SO4 is chosen as PH regulator, Al2(SO4)3 is chosen as flocculator, flocculate up medicine is CONH2(CH2-CH)n. The PH of waste water is regulated to be 6, add 0.1% CONH2(CH2-CH)n 0.5mL/L, 4.5% Al2(SO4)3 10mL/L, and after active carbon adsorption we can get out water that reach the standard of State Sewerage Integration letting(GB 8978-96) No.1 letting standard. The mica slurry from the decomposation of mica plate leftover materials are lay back to mica paper product line to produce mica paper to checkout the last effection of decompose. The mica paper that produces by the mica slurry from the decomposation of mica plate leftover materials express good effection, except for the little weaker of pull- resistance comparing to the clean slurry mica paper. The measure of marinating in special chemical as an effective treatment to deal with mica plate leftover materials can callback plenty of mica resources, it has greatness foreground.
