The establishment of the monitoring information system of mine deformation, may realize the mine mining monitoring dataes to be real-time update, forecast the level and the subsidence changing tendency, and make the mine production enterprises manage the monitonring dataes by more highly effective and scientific means. Because of the larage-scale mine mining, brings about the vast processing question of monitoring information. How to manage effectively and update the monitoring dataes and the productions correspondingly, and how to carry on the analysis and forecast to the monitoring dataes, reflected accurately the variations of mine mining in space and along with the time, are the two important keys to the construction of the monitoring information system of mine deformation.Based on the above questions, this thesis analyzed the present situation of mine monitoring information processing, and brought forward the design scheme of monitoring information of the mine deformation according to the analysis. As the key points to this thesis, the system discussed the monitoring information database design in detail and and the detailed realization methods of specialized functions, such as processing dataes, forecasting dataes of the monitoring of mine deformation and so on. Finally, this theise realized and moved the monitoring information system of mine deformation, takeing Visual Basic 6.0 as the development kit.The system has been tested based on the Anhui Copper mine's dataes, and the result proved the system can realize the effective management, processing and procasting of the monitoring information system dataes preferably. The system, with the strong usability and versatility, and advantages for the use to be popularized, runs very flexible, and can be operated easily, adopting advanced computer techniques such as visualized technique, database technique, and object oriented programming thought constructing the object model, which is convenient for the system maintenance.
