Gibberellinc acids are a group substances with similar chemical structure and bioactivity, which exert their effect on plant growth, development and some physiological processes. Among the five plant hormones, Gibberellinc acids have the largest number of derivatives and extensive commercial applications. In the group of GA family, GA3 is most widely used in the market. GA3 has been widely applied to agriculture, forestry and gardening, because it could break seed dormancy, promote stem and leave development, enhance early blossoming and increase yield. GA3 was produced with traditional technique which consists of a long, multi-step operations, and discharge large amount acidic residue which pollute the enviroment. Thus, developing a novel and superior GA3 soluble powder and its corresponding production technique is very advantageous for protecting environment and reducing cost.In this papeer, drying methods and conditions, kinds and dosages of fillers, dispersants, wetting agent and moisturizing agent were all studied, and preliminary practice application showed that effect is satisfactory. The main contents of the research are listed as following:1. The decolorization effect and properties of active carbon have been studied in the GA3 fermenting broth. The effects of the active carbon dosage, the initial concentration of GA3 fermenting broth, temperature and time on the adsorption decolorization were experimentally studied. The best conditions were selected by orthogonal design with decolorization rate, recovery and overall efficiency as objective. The optimum process parameters for the decolorization is: the solid concentration in fermenting broth 3.80%, active carbon concentration 1.5%, temperature 50℃, time 20 min.2. Chemical constituents of the membranely-condensed GA3 fermentation broth were also studied. The respective concentration of constituents are listed as follows: GA3 is 1.26 mg/mL, total sugar is 13.33 mg/mL, reduce sugar is 5.15 mg/mL, protain is 39.68 mg/mL, ammonium nitrogen is 2.98 mg/mL, ash is 1.52 mg/mL.3. The effect of different drying methods and conditions on GA3 recovery rate was also studied. It seems that spray drying is the best technique of the novel GA3 soluble power, and the optimum conditions of spraying are listed here: inlet temperature is 175℃, outlet temperature is 80~85℃and the rotating speed of the spray head is F60.4. With wetting time and the suspended rate as main indexes, kinds and dosages of fillers, dispersants, wetting agent and moisturizing agent were all studied, and the optimum formula is determined by uniform design: sodium sulfate is 14%, dispersant A is 3%, wetting agent L is 2%, sobitol is 1% and maltodextrin is 25%.5. In order to test the effect of the newly product type, field trial was carried out in the past few months. Study on influence of new product to rice by crops, plant height, seed setting and 1000-grain weight as indexes. Experiment shows the early rice production capacity remarkbly increases 12%, which grain setting percentage and weight of 1000 grains of early rice were no substantial improvements.6. With soluble power quality as main objective, the quality standard of the newly product has been made according to the quality standard of other similar soluble powers.
