In recent years, the development of iron and steel industry is very fast. The impingement of international steels marketplace to home steels marketplace is very serious. In order to adapt to future development and compete with international marketplace, Anshan Iron and Steel Company has been strengthening technical transformation. The producing efficiency and the equipment control ability are improving, produce scale expands gradually. The automation ironmaking project is one of a key project for Anshan Iron and Steel Company's vitalizes and rising, have far-reaching significance.The successful application of the blast furnace automation ironmaking technology contains four key factors in controlling methods: accurate model, accurate data collection, artificial intelligence information processing system and key handicraft equipment's auto-control. The main task of this paper is via deep research of ironmaking producing system, in order to improve iron fluid quantity, hot efficiency of the hot stove, carry out the best ration of the water slag granulation ,lower production costs, adopts advanced automatatic technique for achieving real-time control on process parameters, real-time supervise on technique flow and real-time control of process parameters.First, this paper expounded automation ironmaking process control development condition in home and abroad, introduced handicraft and technological process of automation ironmaking briefly, discussed population structure of the PKS automation ironmaking process control system of American HONEYWELL company and the actual application in the general ironmaking plant of Angang.And then introduced the basic principle in detail of the fuzzy control ,studied mathematic model of the blast furnace ironmaking, provided the blast furnace ironmaking intelligent control method based on fuzzy control technology, applied the technology to the hot stove, the dynamic state control of the water slag pump,carried out the temperature management of the hot stove, the best ration of the water and destination dynamic control. Through actual working more than one year ,result indicated that above-mentioned method is able to satisfy the request of automation steelmaking process control , it proves that the design of fuzzy control in this paper is viable.
