The traditional optical materials and traditional methods can't meet demands to the aspheric optical elements. The develop of the aspheric surface process accurate grinding machine is key of aspheric surface process technology,finite element method can analyze the lathe situation of deforming in the course of processing in technology, and Put forward the rational structural design plan according to the analysis result ,it is advantageous to higher the precision of grinding machine。The main content that this paper studies is :1. SolidWorks is used to carry on the lathe bed structural design of the accurate grinding machine, and confirm the rational material of the lathe bed and relevant performance parameters。2. The static characteristic of the beam is analyzed with the idea of finite element analysis through ANSYS. The maximum deformation is obtained. The modal of the body section is analyzed, and the natural frequency and the modal shapes are obtained.3. The stress state of every point in the bed are analyzed through ANSYS, the best strong pivots and variation of stresses are confirmed.4. The influences on accuracy of grinding process are analyzed.
