With the rapidly development of numerical control machine tools in higher speed,higher precision and higher flexibility,besides the requirement of machine's weight being light,lower cost,convenient application and good technical capability,higher and higher machining capability is also demand.Machining capability includes machining quality and cutting efficiency.Machine's machining capability is usually assessed by the tiptop precision and superficial roughness that can be reached of the being processed part.The cutting efficiency is usually assessed by the most limit value of rcmoval rate or cutting dosage.And machining capability is closely correlation with machine's dynamic capability.It is proved that the demand of machine's dynamic capability is higher and higher with the improvement of machining capability.In this paper,a certain type of high-speed cylindrical grinder is regarded as research object,engineering analyzing from the static and dynamic characteristics of the high-speed grinding machine,in order to improve the grinding machine processing performance.Due to the cutting force generated in high speed grinding is small,generally the grinding machine can meet the requirements of the static characteristics.Therefore,the dynamic performance of the machine tool,becomes the main factor to influence working performance and processing quality of the machine tool.In the project,dynamic characteristics test analysis of high-speed grinding is the priority research event the static characteristics complementary;analysizing structure dynamic characteristics and vibration mechanism of the grinding machine.And this conclusion of the study will be extended to the same type of grinding machine and similar high speed machine tool.This article is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1:introduces the background and the significance of the topic,and the development trends,and summarizes the main job.Chapter 2:analyses the static characteristic of grinding machine's key components by finite element technology.Chapter 3:analyses grindišng machine's key components by experimental modal analysis,geting the modal parameters and dynamic stiffness.Chapter 4:analyses high speed grinding wheel spindle unit by order test,analyses whether and how the actual operation mode of grinding machine be inspired,and study forced vibration which stimulates modal.Chapter 5:analyses high speed grinding wheel spindle unit by operation deflection shape test,geting the operation mode and frequency in certain conditions,and compares the results with chapter 2 and chapter 3,and the combination of and further analyse the relationship between forced vibration the resonance,and their influence to the dynamic performance of grinding machine.Chapter 6:summarizes the research results of full text and the further work were discussed in detail.
