With the rapid developing economy, the rapid-effective process detection and calculation procedure become the advanced problem in the field of substance composition analysis and detection. At the present time, both here and abroad have GC/ FTIR,MS/FTIR,GC/MS and other spectra online detection, there also have process analysis with infrared, fluorescence and nuclear magnetic resonance, these make the analysis of composition and structure of substance become high degree of professional proficiency. In our practical life, for lack of portable detection apparatus of food essence composition, we seldom detect the essence composition of liquid food and essence oil instantly.In this paper, we confirm the essence composition absorption spectrum of liquid potables and essence oil through experiment, and do research on analysis and experiment method of liquid essence composition detecting by infrared spectrum, and get the characteristic absorption spectrum of measuring substance. Based on these results, we design the portable detection apparatus of liquid essence composition, the detection apparatus uses spike filter instead of prismatic components, and achieves rapid detection. The structure of detection apparatus has characters of simplicity, small volume, high performance-to-price ratio, plug and play, it adapts to use in minitype location and house.
