Study On The Design Of Residential Sanitary Ware Of Shanghai, Based On The Policy Of "70/90"

The small residence which the construction area is below 90 m2 has become the most popular residence, since the Policy of "70/90" was carried out. The area of the bath-room is reduced by the policy. The use of the sanitary ware is greatly effected. On the other hand, with the development of the age, the bath-room has changed its functions from a toilet into a room of entertainment. And all these functions are based on the sanitary wares. The sanitary ware has become more and more important now.In the thesis I will have the problem of area discussed. According to the problem, I choose WC washbasin bathtub and shower as the subjects of the research. Through the methods of investigation and analysis, I try to find relationship between the room and the sanitary wares and the solutions to the contradiction. After practice and testing in the real project, refine the design proposals.
