Research On Petroleum Products Evaporation Loss In Beijing

Raw oil and clean oil contain much hydrocarbon material and is volatile material, which has a big impact on the society environment and the economical development.The limited nature volatile consumption can not be a problem and can be approved, and usually, people don't pay attention to the volatile consumption from b hydrocarbon material ecause of the large production.The Green Olympic Conception is very important to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, especially for the environmental atmosphere quality. However, the Beijing environment service center only pay attention to the normal pollution including SO₂,TSP & NO₂ etc and take no action to calculate ,analyze & control the volatile consumption from hydrocarbon material.According to the problems discussed above, I investigated and analyzed the oil product transportation, storage & sales in order to conclude the related characteristic for volatile consumption. And the conclusion is that the total volatile consumption is 3.4447×10⁸ton for year 2006 (1.0077×10⁸ton for transportation(29.25%),6965000ton for storage(20.22%),and 1.7405×10⁸for sales(50.53%, nearly a half of the total consumption).According the GM(1,1)mode system, the volatile consumption for (2007-2011) is about 3.8132×10⁸ton,4.3445×10⁸ton,4.9495×10⁸ton,5.6392×10⁸ton,6.4252×10⁸ton.And the average rising rate per year is 13.70%.Based on the recent development and trends of volatile consumption, the Government can propose the solution method to set up management & controlling system.
