Yanchang Petroleum (Group) company has a large number of pipeline transportation ofcrude oil and refined oil tank, the oil tank part of dome roof tank, and no oil and gas recoverysystem, oil gas volatilization and serious, volatile oil and gas storage tank is a light componentof crude oil, utilization value.Evaporation loss will result in lower quality oil, gasoline starting performance variation.Oxidation, evaporation loss will accelerate the increase in glial reduction of gasoline, octanenumber. Microglia can deposit in the engine fuel system and the destruction of their work orreduce their work efficiency; reduce the octane number of gasoline deterioration make theseismic performance of the combustion in engine. The oil vapor is lost to the atmosphere is notonly caused by atmospheric pollution, but more importantly in the local area constitutes apotential fire hazard. Therefore, the research to reduce respiratory loss measures are verynecessary, not only of great economic significance, but also has the great significance to theimprovement of the environment.Crude oil to form several forms of loss in the storage and transportation process,describes forming process, the measurement method and corresponding calculation formula ofevaporation loss, analysis of atmospheric temperature on the storage tank temperature andconcentration of oil/gas and oil loss rate influence, carries on the system analysis of thecauses of loss of oil tank evaporation, the calculation method of evaporative loss of childhoodthrough the detailed analysis of the main, the role of each physical quantity, puts forward itson breathing loss amount of different roles, primary and secondary status and change rule. Andthere are specific to reduce tank evaporation loss measures proposed.Through the detailed analysis of the main effects of each physical quantity, puts forwardits on breathing loss amount of different roles, primary and secondary status and change rule.Analysis of atmospheric temperature on the storage tank temperature and concentration of oil/gas and oil loss rate influence, points out several measures to reduce crude oil evaporationloss.
