The high concentration and hard to removal is a trait of the dust problem in coal mine. After ten years of development, the research on dust prevention and precipitation of the comprehensive mechanized working face has got lots of fruits. But all of them are mainly on atomizing. The paper based on the new theories achievement of high pressure atomizing and wet vibration fiber grid, designed a suit of high pressure atomizing wet vibration fiber grid dust precipitation system. Depending on the project of SHANXI GUOYANG NEW ENERGY CO.,LT comprehensive dust prevention, the research on the influencing factor of the high pressure atomizing and wet vibration fiber grid's dust precipitation efficiency, was placed at YiKuang S8104 comprehensive mechanized working face's return aircourse.The paper based on sampling at the working field, studied the regularities of distribution of dust concentration on the S8104 working face return air course. It studied the discharge jet. Designed and made a vibration fiber grid structure, which is operated simplicity and highly active and utility. The research was studied on the comparison of some factor, including the atomizing water consumption, atomizing direction, vibration fiber diameter and distance, the number of plies and its distance. The research chose the parameter of the high pressure atomizing and wet vibration fiber grid dust prevention, through comparison experiment.The experiment of the surface-activator indicated that, it can effectively improving the contact quality between the water and the coal dust. Through the analysis to the phenomenon, we considered that the water film on the vibration fiber is the main causes for the efficiency's increase.The last determined system on long-term operation's dust prevention rate reached 95%, including total and respiratory. The research achieved the requirement of the dust prevention at the return aircourse of the S8104 working face. This system has gained good results at other similar working face too.
