Research On Renovation Pattern Of Rural Environment In Beijing Mountainous Area

Rural environment construction is an important part of new socialist countryside construction. Mountainous area in Beijing is the China capital's green ecological barrier and the important place of water conservation and supply, the degree of rural environment renovation in Beijing mountainous areas directly affect the quality of Beijing's environment and water conservation. Traditional renovation pattern of rural environment is by taking one village as a unit and by making special renovation, treatment measures are single, lacking of overall layout unified plan, so it is difficult to adapt the new requirement of current Beijing's environment construction. This paper changes the traditional renovation pattern of rural environment in Beijing mountainous areas, starts from new idea of sustainable development of new socialist countryside construction, combines with characteristics of severe soil loss and new needs of water resource protection, uses the natural law and economic law, proposes a new renovation pattern of rural environment in Beijing mountainous area:"taking small watershed as a unit, regarding water resource protection as the central goal, establishing three ecological fronts, constructing ecological and clean small-watershed, improving rural environment, and promoting rural economic development".The new renovation pattern is taking small watershed as a unit, following the principle of ecology priority, establishing three ecological fronts—"ecology repair, ecology government and ecological protection", according to the characteristics of each function area, arranging different treatment measures, using engineering measures and engineering measures, constructing ecological and clean small-watershed, protecting water resource, reducing soil and water loss, improving rural environment, and promoting the sustainable development of the resources, environment, society, and economy in mountainous rural area.This paper combines with actual situation of mountainous rural area in Beijing, discusses the connotation of ecological and clean small-watershed, considers the similarity of landscape patterns, soil and water loss, treatment measures, land use patterns, ecological functions, divides small watershed into ecology repair area, ecology government area and ecological protection area, according to the characteristics of status of soil and water loss, status of water environment, water and land utilization and human activity to layout different treatment measures, investigates treatment measures and technology of ecological and clean small-watersheds, and takes Wulituo ecological and clean small-watersheds treatment project as actual research example. The research demonstrates that the ecological and clean small-watersheds treatment can increase soil and water conservation, improve pollution-free waste treatment rate and sewage treatment rate, control artificial pollution, improve water quality, conserve water, improve vegetation coverage, and increase land use area, water utility efficiency and economic crops yield, enhance farmers' income, obtain well ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit, promote sustainable development of mountainous rural area in Beijing. The new mode has the practical leading meaning to rural environment construction in Beijing mountainous area, should sum up experience and spreading and applying.
