Study On Environment Protection And Ecological Building In Urban And Rural Orchestrating In Jiu Longpo Area

City is the political, and cultural centre of a country, while rural area is also an essential part of the urban development system. Urban and rural development is important to the whole economical development of China. They have close relationship between each other: urban areas can not develop well without the development of rural area, rural area can not develop well without the development of urban area, ether. Therefore, it is necessary to coordinate the development of urban and rural area to promote social and economical development of the whole country.This paper takes Jiulongpo as a case study. Based on the practical condition of Jiulongpo Area, this paper analysis the present situation of urban and rural ecological environment in Jiulongpo Area, describes ecological environment promote and effects which is brought by urban and overall planning development by using ecological footprint and situation analysis method, then proposes concrete thinking counter,measure and guarantee mechanism on environment protection and ecological construction.The result shows that the present econology deficit is up to 0.3763 hm~2 each person and the present condition of economics, population, resources and environment are developing negatively and inharmoniously. It has great contradiction among the development of economics, resources and environment. Therefore, it is still a heavy task to improve ability of urban and rural harmonious development. However, it is very essential to coordinate the development of population growth, resource utilization and environmental protection for the sustainable development of Jiulongpo Area.As demonstration area of balancing urban and rural comprehensive reform in Chongqing City, Jiulongpo Area must stick to the road of scientific development. It should well coordinate the relationship between population growth, resource utilization and environmental protection, the relationship between natural resource and the structure of industry, and the relationship between the number of population and quality of human being. During the work of promoting detribalization and urbanization, enhancing industry re-feeding agriculture and city supporting village, Jiulongpo Area should strengthen environmental pollution governance and ecological protection, promote the whole improve of environment quality in urban and rural, realize urban and rural environment protection's equilibrium development, further can maintain whole area people's vital interests in long-terms, and walk out an own road of comprehensive reform of balancing economy society and ecological environment's harmonious development. Only thus measures are well implemented, the objective of harmonious and sustainable development in Jiulongpo Area can be obtained.
