Water environment in china has been very serious, mainly in the area of the sources of rivers soil erosion, eutrophication of water environment and urban systems in two major areas of water pollution. Recently, most of China's urban economy, culture and the people's living standards have made considerable progress, but urban river is subject to a more serious pollution to the comfort of city life have a significant impact on, for many cities to spend huge sums of money on the Some major rivers launched a comprehensive harnessing of the river cities.The important content of river basin environmental protection is comprehensive control of water environment. Comprehensive control o urban water environment is one of the most water conservancy construction,should carry regulation and development simultaneously out.Through the urban water environment and the realization of the comprehensive harnessing of the flood control, drainage, transport, ecology, tourism, cultural and other features of organic combination of urban flood-control capacity to enable the Centre have significantly improved urban water environment has markedly improved, City take on a new look.Based on the Beisha River Basin of the North's economic, social and environmental conditions, the analysis of the water environment in the region source of the sewage, sewage discharges, as well as water quality and quantity characteristics, the use of artificial neural network method for the Comprehensive Treatment optimization, and ultimately to the Beisha River treatment of specific measures. Beisha River through ecological environmental protection, and total pollutant control, small watershed management and unified control of water resources through measures such as repair of the water basin ecosystem.
