When mankind impacting the Earth with unprecedented speed and depth, global change research has become a hot international study. Changes caused by global ecological security issues also attracted our attention. Land is a human survival and development of the material basis. As the population increases, economic development, land resources in the destruction of the ecological environment worsening, the ecological security of land resources has become an important ecological security, is the sustainable use of land resources on topics at the forefront, has extremely important significance. At present land resources ecological security evaluation index system is the initial stage of research, evaluation of ecological security in the biggest problem is quantitative assessment methods and determining criteria, as well as regional ecological forecasting and early warning system security.The study is in Chongqing Wanzhou District which is in the Three Gorges reservoir area, the study of land resources of ecological security is conducive to fully understand the Three Gorges reservoir area of land resources on the ecological security situation, raising the eco-building measures for the ecological safety issues on land resources in the Three Gorges reservoir area.This article constitutes six chapters, the major in the literature review is on ecological security of the background, concepts, research, evaluation methods, recalled ecological security theory of history, and discussed the problems and developments of ecological security. Papers in the introduction to this part of the research methods, technical routes were introduced. Chapter 3 presented an overview of Wanzhou District. On the basis of analysis changes in land-use in Wanzhou District,analysised the main reasons to land-use change. Chapter 4,using PSR model for land resources ecological security evaluation index system, using AHP for index system of weights, using unsafe index for non-dimensional, to the ecological security situation in a time series analysis from 1998-2005. Chapter 5, using the ecological footprint for Wanzhou District of Chongqing, Chongqing, as well as with the hinterland of the reservoir area of Fengdu County, Analysised space compared on the ecological security of land resources .It is improving the security situation of ecological environment management measures, expected to Wanzhou District of Chongqing of land use planning to provide basis for decision making. In this paper, the following conclusions:1. The dynamic changes of land use of Wanzhou District. This paper analyzed the Wanzhou District land-use type of structure, quantity, rate of change and speed. For nine years.arable land, corner and other agricultural land, unused land in Wanzhou District has shown a decreasing trend; forest land, construction sites continue to increase. In Land-use changes the increases of forest area is the largest, totalling an increase of 21721.84 hectares; reduce the largest area of arable land and unused land, a decrease of 14398.7 hectares of arable land, unused land decreased by 13,261 hectares.2. Using PSR model, combined the social, economic, environmental and other realities in Wanzhou District of Chongqing, through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the method of combining, from the land pressure, status, protection and rectification on the ecological environment, and other aspects of the 18 factors, chosen as the evaluation factors, the establishment of the reservoir area of land resources Wanzhou ecological security evaluation index system. It is formed a complete system of indicators including, weight, evaluation criteria and evaluation of land resources, model ecological security evaluation methods. using PSR model for land resources ecological security evaluation index system, using AHP for index system of weights, using unsafe index for non-dimensional, to the ecological security situation in a time series analysis from 1998-2005. The results showed that the Wanzhou District of land resources ecological security of insecurity fell to 0.3664from 0.3896, is the overall direction of a virtuous circle of development, but progress has been slow. Through analysis of the indicators that the Wanzhou District of Chongqing Land Resources tremendous pressure to the ecological environment, Primarily reflected in population pressure, land pressure, economic pressure and industrial consumption. The quality of the land resources of ecological environment has been improved, ecological and environmental protection of land resources for capacity-building training has a greater increase.3. Using the ecological footprint for Wanzhou District of Chongqing, Chongqing, as well as with the hinterland of the reservoir area of Fengdu County, Analysised space compared on the ecological security of land resources.It is conclusion: Wanzhou District per capita ecological deficit 1.336809 hm~2, Fengdu County's per capita ecological deficit of 1.671064 hm~2, Chongqing City's per capita ecological deficit of 1.247310 hm~2. Wanzhou District's per capita ecological deficit is between Chongqing and Fengdu County, and it's at the lower level. However, Wanzhou District's eco-pressure index is 9.52, far higher than the 2.79 of Chongqing, also higher than the 6.28 of Fengdu County, ecological security situation of Wanzhou District is extremely grim. Wanzhou District and Fengdu County in the reservoir area, the ecological deficit is significantly higher than the level of Chongqing, that the reservoir area of ecological security situation is still grim.
