As living standards improve,people's environment consciousness gradually strengthens,who have increasingly request towards good living space environment. The development of industry brings a lot of pollution resources to cities,both solid waste substances and odor pollution seriously influence surrounding environment and people's healthy.Proper quantity acidity and alkaline materials are selected from solid waste substances to using as carders,which manage the odor of municipal wastewater treatment plants,reducing the environment pollution.Biologic deodorization method is adopted presently,but its processing object is low density and stingy gas-flow rate odor.So this topic uses the chemistry method to cushioning the inflow concentration of the trickling filter,and attaining to treat odor with wastes. Through several researches of solid waste screen sizing and paternity test,the conclusions are achieved as follows:(1)Considering some aspects such as cartier shape,mechanics of removing odor, economical efficiency,and etc,the primary election carriers of ammonia elimination are fly ash and charcoal;the primary election carriers of H2S are carbide slag,blast furnace slag,fly ash and charcoal.(2)Test of removing NH3:At the experimental laboratory NH3-N static adsorption test,when particle diameter of carrier is 1~2 cm,the effectiveness of FABS adsorbs NH3-N is better to charcoal's,which optimal adsorptive capacity is 1.109 mg/(g FABS).Through the ammonia elimination carrier dynamic state contrast tests,the effectiveness FABS is better to charcoal in dry and wet methods removing NH3 tests,and wet method is better to dry method.The unit quantities of FABS dry and wet methods removing NH3 are 0.812 mg/(g FABS)and 1.362 mg/(g FABS),so selecting FABS wet method to remove NH3.(3)Test of removing H2S:Through the contrast tests of primary election carriers in removing H2S,the preferential carriers of dry and wet methods are fly ash and carbide slag.When the H2S inflow concentration is 9 mg/m3,the unit quantities of FABS is 0.537 mg/(g FABS);when the H2S inflow concentration is 21 mg/m3,the unit quantities of carbide slag is 0.537 mg/(g(carbide slag)).So the methods of removing H2S are FABS dry method and carbide slag wet method.The effectiveness of carbide slag wet method is better to removing H2S,but it can't represent cushioning effectiveness at short lived two days.The test of FABS dry method lasts 18 days,at the precondition of high concentration and H2S is suddenly stopped inletting,it has few cushioning effectiveness,but its effectiveness isn't apparent.The effectiveness of FABS wet method removing H2S is batter to carbide slag wet method;meanwhile its cushioning effectiveness is batter to FABS dry method.(4)Mechanics of the preferential carriers removing odor:FABS mainly uses its polarity adsorptive capacity to remove odor;carbide slag uses its alkalinity to occur neutralization reaction with H2S.Both two carriers contain the component of heavy metal Fe;it can easily occur chemical reaction with H2S to formatting black sulfide. At the same time,Fe2O3 using its catalysis can react with H2S to formatting activity ferric iron oxide.
