The increasing emission of malodorous gases by landfills have pose direct or indirectinfluence on the environment and human health, making the control and treatment of themalodorous gas arising increasing attentions.In order to reduce the concentration of the stench of municipal solid waste, this thesisfirstly tring to separate some deodorant microbes by dropping ammonia test and droppinghydrogen sulfide test. Through the deodorzant test on effective strains by setting the differentstrains of the dosing quantity, different treatment time, Then finds the optimum growthtemperature and ph by using spectrophotometer. the main conclusions of this paper are asfollows:(1)Little strains can not only drop ammonia but also drop hydrogensulfide effectivel-y, there are6bacterias can drop ammonia,2strains can also drop hydrogen sulfide effectively,1fungi can not only drop ammonia but also drop hydrogen sulfide effectively.(2)Andding10.0%strains, strain and garbage react24hours, handling of garbage smelleffection is best. the results also show that garbage have selfpurification ability.So,in practicalapplication, according to10.0%of the additive amount to adding the deodorization strainsand per24h dosing strains at a time.(3)Effective strainof the optimum growthand best conditions. temperature is35℃.(4)Effective bacteria optimum growth and the best conditions of pH is8, Fungaloptimum growth effectively and the best operating mode is pH6.
