Along with the high speed development of economy in our country, the requirement of electric power is more and more intense. In order to keep up with the development of economy, our country is greatly developing the electric equipment on thermoelectric power generation & hydrodynamic electric and developing the nuclear energy electric,wind power electric & solar power electric at the same time. So it brings forward much more strict requirements on the development & manufacture technology of electric equipment in order to keep up with it's development.Now, in the scope of low voltage electric establishment in our country, the switchgear which takes charge of the main order is Air Circuit Breaker(ACB),by the long time developed, the Air Circuit Breaker(ACB) are characteristic of ergonomic design, convenient usage, all-case intelligence ,high-breaking capacity, zero arcing distance and isolation function etc, and take the role of distributing power and protecting wires and equipment from being damaged by overload, short circuit, under-voltage and ground-fault etc.We can get the conclusion by analyzing the structure of ACB, the modern electric production must depend on modern design thought, design techniques & test equipment, and by modern manufacture technique to achieve the design index. So we can improve the precision of ACB only by modern manufacture equipment & process, to advance three main technical index: Limited short-circuit breaking capacity(Icu),Operation short-circuit breaking capacity(Ics),Rated stand current for short-time(Icw),in order to adapt the high speed development of modern electric establishment. How to use current equipment, by designing reliable and high-powered clamp, setting logical welding parameter, manufacturing production which accord with design requirement, is the emphases will be discussed in this article. The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the action mechanism & structure of rotating shaft which acts main part in CW2-1600 series ACB ' s release equipment ,put forward it's requirement on welding intensity and some tolerance parameters such as parallelism etc.(2) Analyzing the effect of traditional welding process to the intensity and tolerance parameters of rotating shaft.(3)The development history and development tendency of automatically welding equipment.(4) We designed the welding clamp which could be assembled on Motorman automatically welding machine. After assembled and debugged the clamp, by setting logical welding parameter, welding the rotating shaft.The appearance of welding line looked very plump and splendid, the metamorphose of the rotating shaft was very small, after checked the intensity and tolerance parameter of rotating shaft ,tested the finished production of ACB, the results of each indexes accorded with the designed requirement, gained the expected purpose. So established the foundation for new production to be manufactured in large scope, come into market quickly and enlarge the occupancy!...
