A Research On Causes Of Rural Industrial Pollution And Its Comprehensive Management

This study describes the situation of industrial pollution of rural areas at the same time, select a more serious incident - the Lulu village "paper mill pollution incident" as an example. The writer uses field investigation and questionnaire to study its case, development and the end of the event. Try to research the social causes, social effects and some solutions for the future pollution incidents. Because of personal knowledge and information received, the causes of the incident and its impacts are my focus.The writer believes that the emergence of industrial pollution in rural areas has its impersonality ingredients, such as rural overpopulation; the low level of productivity and low awareness of environmental protection, but more of subjective components, such as grass-roots government pursuit of career achievements; loose management of the environmental protection departments, and so on .the latter can be stopped through the efforts.
