On China's accession to the World Trade Organization, high-grade silk needs increase in the international market. The enterprises were required to improve the yield of raw silk, at the same time they should also pay attention to improving the quality of raw silk. To achieve the yield and quality do not conflict, we must not only control the reeling scene well, but also do a good job of prenatal prediction and design. Science and technology are in constant development and silk machinery also continues to improve, so automatic reeling silk process design system also needs to advance in time, constantly improved.Research on the subject is based on this reality. First, some of deficiencies of existing automatic reeling silk technology design method have been put forward, and then make the following improvements: On the side of controlling in raw silk size deviation, this paper puts forward a new design method for sample control of automatic reeling cocoons per thread and method of comparative average to adjust equipment base on sample control of automatic reeling cocoons per thread, in order to ensure the accuracy of raw silk size control mechanism and improve the size of raw silk results. To calculate the new sample control of automatic reeling cocoons per thread, it needs to ensure the accuracy of silk size fitting and layer the cocoon with five colors. Therefore, this paper proposes a way by separate linear and nonlinear terms to fit silk size curve. This paper uses the sine functions and the least square method to fit nonlinear term and uses symmetric extension method to extend the ends of curve. It increases the accuracy and correctness of silk curve fitting, and uses optional nearly principles theory of fuzzy math to divide the cocoon layer state, to some extent, it avoids eye error. In the design of automatic reeling production, it could be carried out maximize design reeling speed firstly, and then in accordance with the largest number of end feeding that raw silk grading permit and allow changing length to amend the reeling speed. Finally get the optimal automatic reeling speed. In the cocoon material consumption, this paper consider that using the average silk size,the average silk length and the average number of dropping end to predict incremental rate of reelability reeling discount could improve the accuracy of produce reeling discount, and puts forward the purchase of the design reeling discount methods. Finally, in the light of the above new design methods and the design method has been, using Visual Basic and LabVIEW software developed the automatic reeling silk technology design CAD system, it improves automatic reeling silk technology design efficiency and accuracy.
