The development of automatic silk reeling machine in China has a history of more than 60 years.From the initial fixed number of cocoons denierer,fixed size denierer and mode of cocoon suppliers,to the present mechatronics,the automatic silk reeling machine have been developed greatly.At present,the mainstream automatic reeling machine is automatic fixed size silk reeling machine with the short-lever denierer,Our analysis found that: Firstly,the main structure is still mechanical structure.The mechanism takes exploring cam and end feeding cam as power source,and reeling by single-line structure through mechanical synchronization mechanism.Secondly,in order to prevention against repetitive end feeding,the motion law of mechanism for exploring and fineness detection is periodic in single-line structure.When the period is fixed,if the raw silk fineness is lower than the set value between two fineness detection,then the point of change cannot be discovered in time,and the increase of length of excessively fine raw silk is not conducive to the improvement of raw silk quality.Thirdly,because the mechanism is a mechanical synchronous linkage structure,although its movements are stable,when the raw silk fineness is lower than the set value,the executing agency spend more time in conversion and transmission of related signals.Finally,the whole process of automatic reeling machine operation is realized by mechanical means.Therefore,the actual production conditions and industrial production data can not be exported in time,it requires more manpower to patrol and statistics.It is not conducive to the improvement of production management level and intelligent processing.In view of the shortcomings of the above explanation and background of intelligent manufacturing,this thesis presents a single-line intelligent reeling system of automatic silk reeling machine,and a single-line intelligent reeling experimental platform is designed and manufactured.The experimental platform removes the mechanical synchronous linkage structure in traditional automatic reeling machine,on the basis of the traditional automatic silk reeling machine,and some useful components of the traditional automatic reeling machine are retained and utilized,which greatly simplifies the structure of the automatic silk reeling machine.And the experimental platform completely separate the various mechanisms in the single-line structure of traditional automatic reeling machine with the intelligent controller as the core,the position signals of various mechanisms are obtained through reliable electronic sensors,and the coordination relationship is defined by the intelligently controlled program.Fully,the cocoon adding and end feeding is realized by pneumatic actuator.Intelligent reeling is realized by introducing Internet of Things and intelligent manufacturing technology,in this intelligent reeling system:The reliable input signal is obtained mainly through Hall sensor,the action of reeling is intelligently controlled by single-line intelligent controller,the cocoon adding and end feeding is realized by cylinder,and the actual production conditions and industrial production data obtained during silk reeling are transmitted to the upper computer through the communication network,so as to provide intelligent control service for reeling production and management.The period of exploration can be changed intelligently.When the raw silk fineness is lower than the set value,the exploration period is prolonged correspondingly,so as to achieve the purpose of prevention against repetitive end feeding;When the raw silk fineness is greater than the set value,the period of exploration is shortened,lag time of raw silk size control is reduced.The period of exploration varies with the speed of winding bobbin,the speed of winding bobbin is acquired by automatic detection.The synchronization relation between the cocoon supply machine and the exploring mechanism is removed to realize the high-speed operation of the cocoon supply machine.Through the above design,the length of excessively fine raw silk is reduced effectively,meanwhile the quality of raw silk is improved,it also reduces the cost of manpower management.
