The mechanism of soluble organic ester acid releasers (GS is Sour ester in A, CS is Acetic acid ester) made by ourselves preparation and production process were described. Temperature,concentration,time of two acid releasers made by ourselves and acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution have discussed. The rate of release acids were compared under different concentration and initial both pH. When temperature were raised, the pH is regulated at 7, 8, 9 with soda, The result is that the final pH is 3.80-3.84, 3.78~4.11, 4.31~5.00, 4.33~4.60, 4.49~5.02, 4.21~5.10, 4.70~6.19, 5.85~6.78, 4.35`4.98, which showed that all acid releasers can release acid and PH reduces gradually with the extention of time and advance of temperature. There is heavly no change in pH (4.80~4.86)of acetum with the advance of temperature when we confect the temperature of acetum to 5.From the acid releasing of GS and VS, we can find they have the semblable rate of release acid, the similar effect and the same acid release curve. The ability of acid release of CS can be near to the GS and VS when the concentration is high.We use three representational acid dyes which are tricolor of Polar dyes, Lanaset dyes and Dohmen dyes to dye and confect 0.5~2.5 g/L GS, CS and VS respectively to dye bath. By testing the percentage of dyeing in the course and the end of dye, the pH of beginning and end of dye, K/S value and the evenness of dyeing, we can indicate that the percentage of dye increases gradually with the extention of time and advance of temperature .The percentage of dye and the performance of dyeing deep color are different when different concentrations of acid releasers.The concentration of acid releasers is ensured by the pH of required in the end and the beginning of dyeing .If the pH of beginning is higher, the concentration is greater, while if the pH of end is lower, the concentration is greater. From the dyeing of GS and VS, we can find they have the the similar effect of dyeing. The concentration of GS and VS is 1.5 g/L in practical application; CS is above 2.0 g/LGenerally, the pH of beginning is 7, the concentration of GS and VS is 0.5~1.0 g/L,which is 1.0-2.0 g/L to CS; the PH of beginning is 8, the concentration of GS and VS is 1.0~1.5 g/L,which is 2.0-3.0 g/L to CS; the pH of beginning is 9, the concentration of GS and VS is above 1.5g/L, which is 3.0~4.0 g/L to CS;The self-made acid releasers have good solubility and no emulsification, and the technics is easy and convenience. The percentage of dyeing in equilibrium, the performance of dyeing deep color, evenness can reach to the level of foreign products, while the price is third of foreign products. By using self-made acid releasers, the quantity of evenness agents is reduced, which can replace foreign products. Weanwhile, we can resolve the bad color evenness, unevenness with acetum because of low initial pH value and the change of pH.
