Study On Dyeing Process Of Atlas By Dip-dyeing Steaming

In this paper,we have developed a new type of Atlas dyeing process for the main problems of serious water waste and plastic pollution during traditional tie-dyeing to dye Adeles,as well as other problems such as cumbersome process and low production efficiency.It is called "dip-dyeing steaming method".That is,the yarn of a certain color designed according to the pattern is immersed in a high-concentration dye liquid,and the dyed yarn is fixed by high-pressure steaming.The new process does not require water bath cooking and a large number of plastic film tying,reducing water consumption and plastic dosage,effectively reducing water waste and plastic pollution,and is easy to operate,high production efficiency,and can be applied to the actual dyeing production of Atlas.The optimum process parameters of the dip steaming process were obtained by single factor and optimization experiments.The optimal parameters of dyeing viscose by reactive dye were obtained by single factor and orthogonal optimization experiments: under the same conditions,the fixing temperature is 100 ℃,and the fixing time is 30 min,the three color dyes,which are reactive dye yellow,reactive dye red and reactive dye black,all required a baking soda concentration of 20 g/L;the dye concentration required 25 g/L,20g/L and 20g/L respectively;the concentration of sodium sulfate all required 50g/L;the urea concentration all required 20g/L.The optimum dyeing condition for dyeing silk with reactive dye is:under the same conditions,the fixing temperature is 100℃,and the fixing time is 30 min,the three color dyes,which are reactive dye yellow,reactive dye red and reactive dye black,all required a baking soda concentration of 15 g/L;the dye concentration required 30 g/L,25g/L and 25g/L respectively;the concentration of sodium sulfate required 60g/L,60g/L and 50g/L respectively;the urea concentration all required 30g/L.Using the single factor and quadratic general rotation combination optimization test,the optimal combination of three colors of acid dye-dyed silk was obtained: under the same fixing temperature of 100℃,fixing time of 30 min,and ammonium acetate 2%,the three color dyes,which are acid dye yellow,acid red dye and acid dye black,the pH values all are 4.5 for dyeing silk;the dye concentration needs 30g/L,29g/L,29g/L respectively;the urea concentration needs 24g/L,23 g/L,23 g/L respectively.The optimal combination of the Aciddye with reactive groups of DW series to dye silk is:under the same fixing temperature of100℃,fixing time of 30 min,and the sodium acetate is 1.2 g/L,the three color dyes,which are the dye yellow,the dye red and the dye black,the pH value all required 4.5;the dye concentration needed 25g/L,24g/L,23g/L respectively;the urea concentration all needed23g/L.Finally,according to the traditional tie-dyeing optimal process and the best process of dip-dyeing steaming,the same yarn is dyed,and the dyeing water consumption,the dyeing plastic amount,the dyeing effect and the dyeing process are compared.The result shows:dip-dyeing steaming compared with traditional tie-dyeing,the dip-dyeing steaming method reduces the water consumption of the dyeing liquor by more than 90%,reduces the water consumption of the washing water by 30-50%,reduces the plastic pollution by 50-80%.On the basis of saving the dye by 10%-20% and the additive by more than 90%,the K/S value,washing fastness and rubbing fastness of the dyed yarns of the dip-dyeing steaming method are better than the traditional tie-dye dyeing,and the test sample process can save 60 minutes.From this calculation,the application of the dip-dyeing steaming method to the actual dyeing production of Atlas can save 3-7 days.According to the final result,the dip color steaming method can simplify the operation method,reduce the pollution waste and improve the dyeing effect on the basis of maintaining the traditional process characteristics and aesthetic characteristics,and can replace the traditional tie-dye dyeing for the production of Atlas dyeing.
