With the development of science and human society, people are paying more and more attention to the quality of the environment they live in. Antibacterial materials can meet the demands of people who are pursuing a healthy lifestyle. This kind of material can effectively inhibit the reproduction and growth of bacteria and can be applied into daily life. With the antibacterial materials, the risk of infection of some daily used things like cling film, shopping bags, all kind of patch, garbage bags and other supplies will be greatly reduced.The study focuses on a low price and the stable artificial zeolite, and tries to make it into a harmless silver-containing antimicrobial agent. The manufacture process for the making of antimicrobial agent and the antibacterial properties of silver zeolite antibacterial agents are detailedly researched. First make the anti-bacterial antimicrobial master batches with antibacterial agent, and then add it to its carrier resin; through the way of current method and blow film method, make them into film antibacterial materials. The quantity of the batches added and its influence to the film material's prosperity are also fixed in this paper.The experimental results show that: The silver zeolite antibacterial agents made here have excellent antibacterial properties and have about 4 microns'diameter, the optimal parameters are: AgNO3 concentration of 0.05 mol / L, reaction temperature around 50℃, and reaction time 2 hours, pH 5-7. Masterbatch law can be the antibacterial agent dispersing regularly in the thin film materials. The amount of Masterbatch added is about 4%. The antibacterial properties of the thin film materials are of more than 90% and they have little impact on their transmission properties, mechanical properties and mobile performance.The zeolite carrier discussed here is cheap and easily accessed. And its filming is through the rather mature ways in industrial applications: current method and blow-film method. All of these are beneficial to industrial production.
