At present, most of the study in our nation about zeolite preparation toward the stilbite form Chetian in Guangxi were adopted the method of using stilbite form Chetian in Guangxi to prepare single silver zeolite antimicrobial agent or double metal antimicrobial zeolite. Although there has many studies about stilbite form Chetian in Guangxi preparation of antibacterial agents already, the use of antibacterial zeolite preparation of antibacterial materials is very rare. It is a good way to use stilbite form Chetian in Guangxi reaction with copper,silver and zinc with relatively safe antimicrobial metal ions to prepare three metal antibacterial zeolite. On the one hand,the preparated zeolite antimicrobial agent contains a variety of antimicrobial metal ions which can enhance the range of antimicrobial zeolite;on the other hand, the competitive effect caused by the exist of other antimicrobial metal ions can achieve a similar antibacterial effect in the condition that increasing the total amount of antibacterial metal ions and reducing the silver content in antimicrobial metal ions. In this way,the cost of antibacterial prepared zeolite can be reduced. After the preparation conditions of three metals antibacterial zeolite has been best improving, the preparation of anti-bacterial co-thin ceramics,antimicrobial acrylic, antimicrobial foam, antibacterial paper, rubber and many other features of antibacterial anti-bacterial material were successfully during the cooperation with Shenyang Paper Co., Ltd. and, the Mediterranean Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. Shunde, Guangzhou Baiyun District Plastic Products Factory, Guilin, China Chemical Rubber Co., Ltd respectively. These studies has expand the using of stilbite form Chetian in Guangxi into the factory production line from laboratory. And the production of antimicrobial materials with excellent performance is feasible for large-scale production. Us of stilbite form Chetian in Guangxi as a carrier can produce some complex zeolite antibacterial agents such as:Cu2+, Ag+, Zn2+through a liquid ion exchange reaction with soluble silver ion, zinc ion and copper ion solution. A study has been made to investigate the effects on the number of antibacterial silver-zinc zeolite antimicrobial copper ion content according to different conditions as temperature, time, solution concentration, solid to liquid ratio, the size and the exchange of zeolite and so on. A study on the microstructure of zeolite materials of the three metal zeolite antibacterial agent has been finished under the methods of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,BET surface area analysis,particle size analysis. Moreover, in the cooperations with many manufacturers, the three metal zeolite antibacterial agent has been used to produce antimicrobial thin ceramic,antibacterial acrylic, anti-bacterial foam, antibacterial paper, rubber and many other features of antibacterial antibacterial materials successfully. Also,anti-bacterial thick were prepared in the laboratory ceramics. Finally, blood cell count method was adopted to test the antimicrobial of zeolite antibacterial antibacterial agents and colony counting method was adopted to test a variety of antimicrobial properties of antibacterial materials.The main conclusions are as follows:The most suitable conditions to prepare three metal zeolite antibacterial agent is: in the pH of 7.0 under the condition of a appropriate reaction mixture solubility for the 0.2mol/L AgNO3, 0.1mol/L Zn(NO3)2, 0.1mol/L Cu(NO3)2,60℃of reaction temperature, stirring time 2.Oh, solid to liquid ratio 1g/10ml. The result will be better if the exchange reaction is happen one by one with bigger and better mesh materials.The particle of prepared antimicrobial zeolite is seldom change. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that the preparation of zeolite antibacterial agent exist a small number of large particles and some surface of the particles are damaged. The comparision between the antibacterial zeolite and the XRD pattern of zeolite materials shows that prepared antimicrobial zeolite has no new phase formation, and also no metal oxide formation. Although sodium zeolite has certain bacteria and fungi removal, but it's removal of bacteria has not reached the percentage of 26% yet. According to the relevant regulations of China, sodium zeolite does not have antimicrobial activity. Antimicrobial of complex silver-copper and copper silver zinc three metal ions is better than the agent of single antimicrobial ion load metal. These three antimicrobial metal ion of copper, silver, zinc can increase the total content of antimicrobialto and achieve the same antibacterial effect by reducing the content of silver ions. Antibacterial Zeolite has different antibacterial effect on different kinds of bacterias, and its content increased with the antibacterial effect of ion trends are also different. Antibacterial ceramic and antibacterial acrylic, paper, antibacterial, antimicrobial acrylic, antimicrobial foam has excellent antibacterial properties, and anti-bacterial rubber has some certain antibacterial abilities. Antibacterial materials of different strains have different antibacterial effects. The addition of Anti-bacterial agent have an significantly effect on the antimicrobial properties of antibacterial materials. However,antibacterial properties of anti-bacterial paper, antibacterial acrylic, antimicrobial foam will be increase more obviously after the addiction of anti-bacterial. While the antibacterial properties of antibacterial ceramic and antibacterial acrylic increase less in the same condition. Relatively, it's cost of anti-bacterial capacity building is higher.
