The comfort, safety and healthy of workers in the electronic industry are paid more and more attention nowadays, therefore the research on the uniform of this industry is becoming vital important. It is necessary to study the structure and pattern of the protective uniform, anti-static and clean room clothing in this study, to improve the fitting and comfort ability of clothing.There is close relation between uniform comfort ability and worker's working motion. On the basis of on site observation, the motion and working environment of operators are investigated. Furthermore, action and postures of workers are simulated at laboratory to investigate the structure of the uniform.On the basis of above research, the optimized scheme of the uniform pattern is suggested. And modified uniform is made based on the optimized scheme. The former and latter uniform moving comfort ability is compared by fitting experiment. It is proved that the latter possessing better effect.Tensile tests on anti-static fabrics, electric filament yarns, polyester filament yarns and garment seams are performed and the transformation size of uniform pivotal part is measured. Then the relationship between measured data and uniform comfort ability is found in order to judge whether the uniform size is reasonable objectively.The anti-static and clean room clothing enterprise owns such producing characteristic, the clothing style, size, number, price and period are always various. It leads to that the pattern making and managing work difficult. Aiming at this problem, the anti-static and clean room clothing pattern managing system is built and it is connected with Garment CAD System. The managing system is multifunctional, including saving, establishing, searching functions and so on. The research in this paper accords with the practice demand of the anti-static and clean room clothing enterprises, and the testing data offer help and reference for the related enterprises and research institution.
