The general layout of the Middle-thicken plat mill has two forms, one for single-form, anther form for dual-rack.The two-unit, how to get full use of each rolling mill capacity, how to load the rolling mill in two between the rational allocation of two rolling mill of time how to maintain the dynamic balance of rhythm, directly related to logistics smoothly, the most important issue of production capacity. According to a two-rack plate factory production survey found that production constraints are the main issues: Rolling Road of some varieties is Abundant; often wait for the two mill mutual phenomenon, that is, two rolling mill rhythm Imbalances; Rough mill can not be accurately estimated because of rolling load, some of the pressure of rolling is too low, the same procedure in the rolling load distribution is not uniform; small production volume, complex species, such as frequently changing specifications and so on. Clearly, two-rack to increase the output of plate production, there are some potential in the optimization process.In this paper, the largest relative productivity as the objective function, in the double roll and four roll between the re-distribution of rolling mill capacity, the mill's production capacity of two balanced play; reducing Rolling Road appropriately, increasing the pressure, optimizing the speed of the system rolling, shortening rolling cycle ,so that the production hours are greatly enhanced.Production optimization called for the establishment of the production process to the mathematical model of the relevant parameters and the process parameters can be accurately calculated,therefore, the paper established temperature model of two-rough roll mill and four- precise rolling mill,and stress Coefficient model of the two-rough roll mill and four- precise rolling mill and so on. Through calculating and comparing the data of the mathematics model , the mathematics model can simulate the production data very well.This article optimization algorithm used mainly Equalizing rolling load method , in biting, dishing out speed, maximum speed of rolling certain circumstances, to meet the conditions of biting, roll intensity conditions, the electrical capacity constraints, and flat-plate shape, Rolling pieces of property, and other constraints on the Road, rolling a load balanced distribution and time to the rhythm of two mill has been optimized,and work out the rolling software in VISUALBASIC computer language.The rolling rule after optimizing has reduced the terms of rolling, shorten the rolling cycle, and make rolling rhythm between the rough rolling mill and the precise rolling mill better match, improve output per hour , and has reduced rolling energy consumption.
