Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) Application Study In The Oil Refining Waste-Water Treatmeng Installation

Moving bed biofilm reactor(referred to as MBBR)is the new sewage treatment technology which is formed on the base of the fluid bed。it has sevrel technological feature:the high processing efficiency,the denitrogenation,the strong ability to anti-impactload,not needing the instead flushing,not plugging.This topic uses the combination craft "active sludge law(A/O) +MBBR",carries out the application study of the rifinery wastwater treatment in the pilot installation,inspects the situation that the pilot installation removes COD,the ammonia,the nitrogen,suspending solids and the ability that the system bears the impact load,and does the feasibility analysis that MBBR apllies in the sewage treatment factory transformation of hhht petrol refinery.The result indicates that effect is remarkable when MBBR apllies in the refining waste - water treatment:(1) when the amount of water intake is 120—450L/h, the COD volume load is 0.50—2.45kgCOD/m3.d,the NH3-N volume load is 0.03—0.22kgNH3-N/m3.d,in the pilot installment the quality of the leakage water can meet the following indications:COD<=60mg/L,NH3-N<=3mg/L,SS<=70mg/L;(2) when the water intake COD ammount is from 500mg/L to 600mg/L,the effluent water remaines 60mg/L below:when the water intake COD ammount is from 600mg/L to 900mg/L, the effluent water COD ammount is much affected by the water intake quality,some time it is beyond 60mg/L,but can usually remain 120mg/L below,removing COD rate is basically from 87%to 90%.(3) constructing the effection of the pilot test with of the same pirod biochemical system in the sewage trentment factory of HHHT petrol refinery,the result shows that in the combined craft of A/O and MBBR the effluent water quality is superior to that in the A/O craft,this explained that MBBR craft can impove A/O craft's load rate of volume and processing efficiency,that it is an efficient,the stable effluend water and the resistance of the impact load characteristics.(4) unifiing the test result and the actual operational aspect in the waste-water treatment factory of HHHT petrol refinery,that explained that it is completely feasible that MBBR apllies in the sewage factory biochemical system's transformation of HHHT petrol refinery;this topic set forth by transforming craft processing may upgrade the existing biological and chemical unit' processing capacity and effectiveness under the conditions of the structures pool capacity,to ensure that the effluent water quality standards。...
