In the past several dozens years, take the remote sensing, the geographic information system and the satellite Positioning system technology has played the vital role as representative's geography space information technology application in national economic construction many domains.However, in many danger chemistry matter enterprise security management, general security management is paid more attention and less study on space information. Generally, chemistry accident can cause not only the huge economic loss, but also the disaster result, people's life and property nearby will be suffered from big loss and harm, and environment may be destroyed forever. All the things are related to the space information closely. Scientific and logical security management through GIS can locate the chemistry dangerous site timely and exactly, and estimate the affected area caused by the accident. It can provide some related basic data for enterprise security department visually through the management and inquiry to the neighborhood's information, offer emergency decision support when accident happens, and can protect people's life and property nearby.In this paper many methods and theories are used including GIS, program arithmetic design and analysis, computer graphics. On the emergency command model, chemistry accident models are discussed mainly, including leak model, diffuse model, fire disaster model, explode model and their damage subarea. Evacuation route based on the equal length is investigated the same time. At last builds the enterprise accident emergency software based on GIS platform. Through the simulation, it can be saw that this system is applicable, easy handling, universal, and has applicable value. |
