Crystallographic form transfering conditions of TiOPc were investigated in this paper. Using ammonia/butanone, ammonia/o-dichlorobenzene, ammonia/n-butyl ether, and hydrogen peroxide/o-dichlorobenzene as crystallographic form transfering solvents ,α-TiOPc,Y-TiOPc,α-TiOPc and D-TiOPc were obtained respectively. The influnce of ammonia/o-dichlorobenzene systerm to the photoconductivity of Y-TiOPc was studied in detail. It indicated that the photoconductivity of Y-TiOPc using ammonia/o-dichlorobenzene as crystallographic form transfering solvent was the best. The conditions were: TiOPc is 5.0g, ammonia is between 10 and 50g, o-dichlorobenzen e is 50mL, transferring for 6h at 25 ~30℃. The testing results of Y-TiOPc mentioned above were: V0 is 820 V, Vr is 60V, Rd is 10V·s-1, E1/2 is 0.043 lx·s. The TiOPc obtained using ammonia/o-dichlorobenzene is better than that using ammonia/butanone or ammonia/n-butyl ether. When hydrogen peroxide/ o-dichlorobenzene was used the molecular structure was changed, and the photoconductivity was not good.The stability of TiOPc crystallographic form after transfermation was also studied. It is indicated that the stability of TiOPc, which obtained using ammonia/ o-dichlorobenzene, is not good. The crystallographic form was easily changed under the solvent and mechanical force. Y-TiOPc was changing toβ-TiOPc at F=2.0Hz and t=20min by ball mill; it absolutely changed toβ-TiOPc when F=4.0Hz and t=20min. In another way ,Y-TiOPc was absolutely changed toβ-TiOPc after 30min by ultra sonic dispersion at 200mA. Preparing photoconductors of TiOPc, its coating fluid was obtained by ultra sonic dispersion, and making a significance test. The photoconductivity was the best when the ultra sonic dispersion time is 60min.The results were: V0 is 820 V,Vr is 60 V,Rd is 11 V·s-1, E1/2 is 0.038 lx·s.It conclued that the parameters of TiOPc photoconductivity related with its average particle diameter and zeta electric potential, when the average particle diameter is between 0.18μm and 0.35μm, zeta electric potential is between 0.004 mV and 0.020 mV the photoconductivity of TiOPc is better.3,3-diphenylacrylaldebyde was prepared by 1,1-diphenylethylene, phosphorus oxychloride through Vilsmeier reaction or benzophenone and aldehyde through Claisen-Schmidt reaction; mesitylene and N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) prepared 1,3,5-tribromomethyl-benzene which initiated by benzoyl peroxide (BPO), use benzene as solvent. Then 1,4-diphenyl-1,3- butadiene(CT1,Yield51.2%),1,3,5-tri (4-phenyl-1,3 -butadiene)-benzene(CT2,Yield52.4%),1,3,5-tri (4,4- diphenyl -1,3- butadiene)-benzene(CT3,61.1%)was synthesized. Finally, IR, MRI, UV identified the structure of the products. At last the normalized absorption and fluorescence spectra of the butadiene derivatives were tested.
