1,3-Butadiene is an important chemical organic raw materials in the petochiemical filed.The major method for production 1,3-butadiene is extractive distillation in industry. Common solvent for extractive distillation are acetonitrile, dimethylformamide, N-methyl pyrrolidone. Organic Synthesis Plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company of 1,3-butadiene of unit by extractive distillation with acetonitrile 1,3-Butadiene production. The unit as the first extractive distillation column operating temperatures are high, the polymerization of 1,3-butadiene serious, leading to 1,3-butadiene yield is very low, the 1,3-butadiene of unit higher energy consumption. Thus reducing the operating temperature of the first extractive distillation column tower, reducing the loss of 1,3-butadiene has become an urgent task for the 1,3-butadiene of unit.In this paper, the first of extraction distillation process with acetonitrile is simulated with the software of Aspen plus.
