Metallurgical Industry is one of the main professions that produce solid wastes, and the ratio of comprehensive utilization is very low, especially the utilization ratio of converter steel slags. Except small part of converter steel slags are utilized in some low-level ways such as being backfill materials, most of the steel slags are directly accumulated or discarded year by year, which not only occupy massive lands, but also pollute environment. The recycling of steel slags is extremely urgent, but now the development of comprehensive utilization technology on steel slags is relatively slow, and the added value of product is also very low. Bao-steel, Shanghai, according to the effective components and structures of desiliconized slags, recycles them into slow-release silicon-potash fertilizers. This article takes this craft as research subject.Firstly, in order to optimize the reaction conditions, a research and inquiry into the method towards the experimental design and data processing of complicated technics with multiple processes and factors was made firstly, and by combining Orthogonal experimental design with Neural network, regression and compensation were made to the data. Then this method was applied to fix the optimum values of the reaction conditions of this technics, such as the added amount of Potassium Oxide, the heating temperature, the holding time and the cooling model.Secondly, analysis on the agricultural environmental-economic benefit of the silicon-potash fertilizers modified under the optimum reaction conditions was made. On the basis of existing research, some discussions were made to green accounting method system, that was then applied to this craft to draw a initial conclusion.All in all, on the angle of analysis and optimization of the craft parameters, this article provides scientific and reliable evidence both on theory and technology of the craft, and on the angle of agricultural environmental-economic benefit, it also provides initial evidence for forcasting the prospect of this silicon-potash fertilizers market.
