An Application Study For Optimition And Stabilition 304 Stainless Steel Cold Plate Of TISCO Mechanics Performance

To be the most competitive stainless steel enterprise is TISCO's developing stratagem goal. Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co,.Ltd is using six sigma management not only to fulfill customer's requirements and to make the improvement continuously, but also to build enterprise's culture according to changing.This thesis introduced TISCO's quality improving method and how to use this related theoretic in 304 stainless cold rolling plate quality management for mechanics performance. This thesis also detailed described six sigma management concept's application; it made the preparation for problems shooting. Process control is the tool of quality improvement, and it is also be the weapon to solve the problems. This thesis also explained for this topic. It is shown how to stabilize and optimize 304 stainless cold rolling plate mechanics performance in this text. We used six sigma DMAIC procedure to define, investigate, analysis and improve problems, our target is control problem to avoid occurring once again. In the meanwhile of problems shooting we used a lot SPC to make investigation, finally we reached our quality improvement target. At last it introduced SPC application and quality culture creating, it gave six sigma management new meaning.The whole problem solving process which was introduced in this thesis was proved by practical cases. This is the guideline for production quality control and quality improvement work.
