As an important part of the daily management of an company,scientific,reasonable and efficient quality cost control can effectively improve the utilization rate of the existing resources of the company and help it to achieve the established goals smoothly.By integrating the Lean Six Sigma theory into the quality cost management of an company,and by continuously improving and fundamentally eliminating the root cause of defects,the product quality can be improved and the cost invested by the company can be reduced,so as to better meet the actual needs of customers.Therefore,this paper will take Z Company as an example,use the traditional six sigma(DMAIC)tools to diagnose the production process,formulate and implement improvement plans for the existing problems,help it reduce production costs,improve product quality,overcome development bottlenecks,and improve market competitiveness.In this paper,Lean Six Sigma theory tool is applied to Z Company quality cost management.First of all,by combing the status quo of quality cost control in Z Company,analyzing the problems and causes of quality cost management in Z Company,the plan of implementing Lean Six Sigma in Z Company is formulated.Secondly,the alkyd paint product of the company is selected as the object of the quality cost management project,and the DMAIC tool is used to improve the quality cost management:(1)in the definition stage,SIPOC model and Plato are used to define the scope of the improvement project,and quantifiable improvement indicators are defined;(2)in the measurement stage,Minitab software is used to analyze the current situation of the improvement indicators and formulate the improvement objectives Standard;(3)in the analysis stage,the production flow chart and fishbone chart are used to analyze and summarize the main factors affecting product quality and cost management;(4)in the improvement stage,a set of systematic improvement measures are put forward in combination with lean production theory and method;(5)in the control stage,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement measures,relevant guarantee measures are put forward.Thirdly,the problems existing in the process of project implementation are sorted out and experience is summarized.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized,and the future research is prospected.In this paper,Lean Six Sigma and company quality cost management are organically combined.A series of improvement measures are formulated for Z Company quality cost control,which provides reference for other companys to implement Lean Six Sigma project in the future,and has certain practical application value.
