Nucleotides are vital low molecule weight compounds to organism,It has been widely applied in foodstuff and medicine fields, etc. There are many problems for traditional extraction methods, solid volume extraction, low extraction yield, large quantity waste and high consumption of raw metarial. So a new IMP extraction processing of a compound separation system of membrame-ISEP is studied.the processing conditions of treating IMP fermentation broth by ceromic UF membrane are determinded.to adjust pH using NH3H2O to 7~8 at 50℃,membrane pressure span difference is 0.15MPa. To increase membrane flux and decrease working time and FC, the concentration of IMP solution is 60.2g/l.Though static exchange experiment, absorpation agent for ISEP is determined and its static absorpation parameter of IMP on C-S1 active carbon is discussed. Though dynamic absorpation experiment, the single columnaion technical process using ammonia as eluent and HCl as ergenerative agent is studied and main technical parameters are determined. The optimal absorpation temperature is 35℃, absorpation ratio is 110.6 g/l, the optimal absorpation pH is 1.5 and feeding soeed is 0.8 lacuna volume; the elution agent concentation is 1.0 N, tempereture is 40℃and elution speed is 0.93 time locuna volume.Through single solid experiment and pipe arrangement optimization, main process parameter of ISEP is determinded, the optimal feeding speed is 0.7 locuna volume and; optimal elution speed is 0.25 locuna volume, regeneration feeding sdeed is 0.07 locuna volume, under the conditions, ISEP system is in optimal state.Through optimarization experiment, membrane-ISEP working system is established, the total yield is 99.7%, its concentration is increased 2.5 times, active carbon productivity is increasd 72%, the consumption of raw material and waste is greatly decreased, simplified operation and decreased cost, the technical base for further increasing payoff.
