In the architectural engineering area, which is full of safety risk, most of the safety accidents occur in the construction stage.The management and prevention of the safety risk in the architectural field is of important significance.Take the safety risk in architectural area as research objects, the dissertation proposed a safety risk management process, which including safety risk identification, safety risk evalution and safety risk countermeasure based on the research overseas and inland of this area. By analyze the characteristics of architectural project, such as specific, flow construction and operation at high attitude and outdoor construction, the characteristic as well as the influence factors of the architectural project is analyzed, and how to recognize and appraise its safety risk is also discussed.Take the hierarchy characteristics of the project and subjective of the appraisal, the risk identification and evaluation model based on AHP is proposed is build up the model, which integrated WBS principle consists not only how risk identification and risk evaluation, but also risk management measure according the value of the safety risk. A case study from the north china oil company is also carried to demonstrate how to recognize and appraise safety risk.The method of the dissertation, as well as its conclusion and suggestion, can help the corporations to decrease the accident and reduce its loss to the human life and other assets.
