| With the continuous improvement of the quality and level of China’s social and economic development,the construction of a powerful transportation country and the construction of a modern high-quality national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network are becoming more and more important.According to the "National Comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network planning Outline" issued by China,it is clearly proposed that the number of airports should be greatly increased,and the construction of airports will gradually increase in the future.The construction industry is characterized by strict control of the construction period,various construction safety control elements,high construction quality requirements,and airport engineering projects and general engineering projects,the project construction process is more complex,construction difficulty is greater,the airport engineering project construction safety risk control has become crucial!Once the risk control is not in place,it is easy to appear serious safety accidents.Therefore,it is particularly important to identify and control security risks in the construction process of airport engineering projects.In order to improve the control of airport engineering projects on construction safety risks and reduce the probability of construction safety accidents,the following studies were carried out in this paper:(1)Based on the related research materials about the causes of construction accidents in engineering projects at home and abroad,this paper sorts out and summarizes the analysis.It believes that people,things,environment and management are the main factors that cause engineering construction safety accidents,and systematically expounds the project risk identification,evaluation methods and general countermeasures.(2)Through literature method and expert investigation method,the initial list of construction safety risks of new airport engineering projects is determined,which is divided into 6 main safety risk factors,including personnel factors,management factors,technical factors,material factors,equipment factors and environmental factors,and 50 risk points of construction safety of new airport engineering projects are summarized.(3)Taking the new Q airport project as a case,this paper first investigated the current situation of construction safety management of the project,and then further screened the risk points by using Delphi method on the basis of the initial list of construction safety risks of the new airport project,and finally determined that the construction safety list of the new airport project contains 32 risk points.(4)According to the risk factors identified in the construction safety list of the new airport project,the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are used to confirm the construction safety risk evaluation index and weight of the new Q airport project.The construction safety risk evaluation index system of newly built Q airport project is constructed,which includes 6 secondary indexes and 32 primary indexes,including personnel factors,management factors,technical factors,material factors,equipment factors and airport construction factors,and the construction safety risk of newly built Q airport project is evaluated based on this index system.It is considered that there are great construction safety risks in the new Q airport project,including risk source management factors > personnel factors > equipment factors > environmental factors > material factors > technical factors.(5)According to the evaluation results of the new airport Q project,relevant countermeasures for construction safety risk control are proposed from six aspects:management,technology,materials,equipment,personnel and environment,to promote the realization of "zero safety management events" in the whole construction process of the new airport Q project,and to provide reference for the construction safety risk managers of other new airport projects. |
