With the rapidly development of the world economics, the energy question becomes the serious question which the most countries have to face. Taking as the primary energy, the petroleum is contested by all the countries. The petroleum deposit is the first step of the petroleum product, its efficiency influences the petroleum cost directly. The beam-pumping oil system is most useful way in our country and even all over the world.. As the primary subsurface equipment of the beam-pumping oil system, the oil-well pump's efficiency has great influence to the whole oil pumping system. The pump efficiency of oil pump has researched in this article using the advanced equipment the numerical simulation and the advanced fluid simulation software FLUENT. The numerical analysis model for pump efficiency is established based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The verification of the model and the reasonableness of the correctness of Algorithm are verified through the analysis of the simulation data and the experimental data. The impact of the pump efficiency and the different parameters are researched in the working of the pump using the numerical model which correctness has been proven. The function relationships are established between pump efficiency and frequency of stroke,ratio of speed,depth of pump,viscosity,the ratio of pump diametric and hole diametric. The optimization platform of swabbing parameter is developed.The numerical analysis model for pump efficiency is established based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The key technologies of the numerical model are in depth study, such as mesh of lattice,setting of boundary conditions,setting of material properties. The verification of the model is verified through the analysis of the simulation data and the experimental data.On the actual conditions, the different swabbing parameters and the pump efficiency are simulated based on the model which correctness has been tested. Using the different combinations of pump efficiency, the influence mechanism in various parameters is analysis. The relationship between pump efficiency and signal parameter is established. The function relationship between pump efficiency and different parameters is established through the variation in the different parameters of the pump efficiency at the same time. It provides a theoretical basis for further pump efficiency study.Based on the function relationship between pump efficiency and the parameter, the operating platform is provided to engineering and technical person.
