With the continuous exploitation of oil field, most of domestic oilfield have entered high water cut period.In order to improve oil recovery and increased recoverable reserves,the ASP Oil-Displacing Technology has become one of important technical means.Because of the injection of polymer, surfactant, and alkali(NaOH), the triaxial composite flooding solution will have different chemical changes and different physical changes, and these will resulting in some ion combination will form some substances in the water.As the earth’s crust in the chemical conditions such as pH, pressure, temperature and thermodynamic conditions change in crystallization and precipitation, the insoluble, refractory, and slightly soluble components eventually formed the extremely complex scale of ASP Oil-Displacing impurity.These Impure substance will let the pump flow channel choke, stop the pump, and the pump maintenance cycles are getting shorter, and it is serious impact on the oil field to improve the economic benefits of the comprehensive development.In this paper, based on the research of domestic and overseas’ s Oil well antiscale technology,in the aspects of improving pump structure to design new anti-scaling pump.In order to prolong pump inspection cycle of the oilfield, reduce the production cost, improve production efficiency provide the basis. In this paper, we make the following research:Using computational fluid dynamics of FLUENT software, to establish a downhole pump plunger two-dimensional model,and use the dynamic grid technique, to do the transient numerical simulation for this model, through the analysis of the pump as the plunger pump efficiency increased with the length, and with the increase of the plunger and pump barrel clearance is reduced, the same length and clearance level, the greater the pump barrel diameter pump efficiency is higher.In view of the original piston pump, the phenomenon of the passage choke, stop card pump,improved the oil outlet out plunger, greatly reduce the resistance of the down stroke. To solve the plunger pull out completely from the pump barrel, into a larger diameter rod in the sub problem caused by sudden changes in pressure vibration, to the plunger bottom processed into cone, thereby the plunger in the process of pull rod pressure difference even lower.Through the piston movement process simulation analysis, we can get the relationship between differential pressure change with the taper piston tail size, the size of the pump,pump working condition.Considering from the engineering practice, in order to reduce vibration, should try to make the plunger taper is small, the length of the tail longer; Large diameter of the pump and small gaps of pump vibration is larger and longer size should beadopted and taper smaller coccygeal vertebra; The greater the speed, the smaller the viscosity of vibration is bigger, coccygeal vertebra taper length should be longer and more small. Considering from the engineering practice, in order to reduce vibration, should try to make the plunger tail, small taper length; The vibration of large diameter pump and small gap’s pump is bigger, should use a longer size, taper smaller coccygeal vertebra; The greater the speed, the smaller the viscosity of vibration is bigger, coccygeal vertebra taper length should be longer and more small.
