Power spinning is the most economic and fast method for producing thin rotational symmetry product because this sort of technology contain a bunch of advantages such as high accuracy, great smoothness, high material utilization, excellent performance. Power spinning has played a great important part in many departments in our country. With the development of precision form technology, technology for producing certain product has been asked for advanced requirements. Therefore, the analysis of the factors which may affect the property of cylinder product and the law of the changing of property will be significance.The development and application of FEM provide a basis of theory for power spinning and more scholars tends to study power spinning with FEM. In this paper, ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used for analyzing the process of power spinning. The distribution of stress field and strain field of contact area is given and the law of deformation and flow of metal is studied. The feature of power spinning is described. These results may be related to organization and property.Get the organization of different thickness part for 6082 A-alloy cylinder product through electrobrightening and polarized light. Test textures of different thickness part for 6082 A-alloy cylinder product after cold power spinning with XRD technology, then the process of textures'changing is analyzed.Test the property of tangential and axis direction for 6082 A-alloy cylinder product after cold power spinning through tensile test. The relationship between property and reducing ratio is described by making curves. In the end, the affection for organization and textures to property is studied.
